This system also allows shareholders and ASRC to track and direct stock related business in a private and confidential manner.

If you are a new visitor and are already enrolled as an ASRC Shareholder or custodian of a shareholder, please register with the site. Once registered, you will have the ability to request and transmit the required documentation to officially manage your ASRC stock.

  1. Services. This website is owned and operated by Arctic Slope Regional Corporation (“ASRC”). This website provides information about ASRC as well as a communication portal for ASRC shareholders (“Services”).For some shareholder-related transactions, ASRC provides electronic access through the shareholder web portal (“Shareholder Website”), which includes the ability to use a personal computer equipped with an active connection to an Internet Service Provider to access shareholder records and to perform certain transactions as available.
  2. Acceptance. BY ACCESSING OR OTHERWISE USING THIS WEBSITE AND THE SERVICES, YOU ACCEPT, WITHOUT MODIFICATION, THESE TERMS (“TERMS OF USE” OR “TERMS”). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOUR ONLY OPTION IS TO IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE.

As part of the transactions available on the Shareholder Website, you may be given the option to sign certain Communications electronically by either checking the appropriate box or engaging in a similar online process as instructed online. You agree that by checking the appropriate box within or adjacent to the applicable Communication or engaging in a similar online electronic signature (“e-signature”) process, you represent and warrant without reservation that you have the legal right, power, and authority to agree to all terms contained in the electronic records on the Shareholder Website on behalf of yourself and the shareholder on whose behalf you are acting, if different. You further agree that your use of the e-signature feature of this Shareholder Website constitutes an "electronic signature" as defined by the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act ("E-Sign") and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act ("UETA") and that you have formed, executed, entered into, accepted the terms of, and otherwise authenticated the terms specified herein for the use of the e-signature feature of this Website. You further acknowledge and agree that proceeding to use the e-signature feature of this Web site constitutes your full agreement to all terms and conditions contained herein and that such agreement is an "electronic record" for purposes of E-Sign, UETA, and the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act and as such is completely valid, has legal effect, is enforceable, and is binding on, and non-refutable by you and the shareholder on whose behalf you are acting, if different, as if it were any other duly executed paper contract. By your use of the e-signature feature of the Shareholder Website, you consent to jurisdiction and venue in the Third Judicial District of Alaska for any dispute arising out of same, and you further agree that ASRC shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys fees, including pre-litigation fees, for enforcement in any court of any of the terms and conditions contained herein.
  8. Email Address. Continued access to the Shareholder Website requires a valid e-mail address. If you change your e-mail address, you agree to immediately notify ASRC of any change to your e-mail address.
  9. Acceptable Use of this Website. The Services and this website may only be used for their intended purposes. Except as may be expressly set forth on this website, you may only view, print and download Content on this website for your own personal, informational, and noncommercial purposes. You may not remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from material found on this website. When accessing this website, you shall not:

  12. Governing Law. These Terms shall be construed and controlled by the laws of the State of Alaska and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts sitting in Anchorage Alaska. You waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdictions and forum non conveniens.
  13. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
